Yoga is a powerful practice for uniting the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. You will be guided through mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation techniques to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Yoga helps reduce stress, enhance body awareness, and foster a sense of calm and balance in daily life.
Classes are held regularly at the InnZen Wellness Centre every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30.

About Your Instructor
I’m passionate about everything wellness and that certainly includes yoga. I love to share this practice with others and help them discover all its benefits.
I have traveled to the “Yoga Capitol of the World” - Rishikesh India, to learn the art of yoga and other practices that have existed for hundreds of years. I’m a Certified 200hrs Yoga Teacher in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I have created my own style of yoga within these learnings and have been said to have a very “calming yoga style”.
